Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your booking within 30 days of purchase. However, please note that cancellation charges ranging from 20% to 50% of the booking amount may apply, depending on how close to the tour start date the cancellation is made.
Deadline for Cancellation: You have up to 30 days from the date of booking to request a cancellation.
How to Cancel: To cancel your booking, please email us with a clear cancellation statement at smnale.pvt.ltd@gmail.com.
Upon processing your cancellation, we will refund the amount (minus any applicable cancellation charges) within 30 days using the same payment method you used for the booking.
Non-Refundable Services
Please note that certain customized services may not be eligible for a refund. These include:
Personalized tour itineraries.
Services customized to your specifications.
Time-sensitive services for which cancellations cannot be accommodated.
We reserve the right to deny refunds that do not meet these conditions at our sole discretion.
Additional Guidelines
Cancellations and Fees: If a cancellation is processed close to the tour start date, please note that higher charges may apply to cover preparation costs.
Gift Policy: If the booking was marked as a gift, any refund will be issued as a gift credit. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be directed to the original payer.
