These Terms & Conditions apply to all car bookings made for travel between Sundarban and Kolkata and for interstate rides. By confirming a booking, the customer agrees to the policies stated below.
1. Booking & Confirmation
1.1 Bookings are confirmed only after acknowledgment from our team.
1.2 Flexible date bookings are subject to car availability.
1.3 The customer must provide accurate travel details including pickup point, drop point, travel date, and number of passengers.
1.4 Management reserves the right to refuse a booking request.
2. Fare & Payment Policy
A. Sundarban–Kolkata Ride
2.1 Fixed fare from Sundarban to Kolkata / Kolkata to Sundarban: ₹2700 (one way) unless otherwise notified.
B. Interstate Ride
2.2 Interstate travel is charged at ₹27–₹35 per km, depending on car type, route, tolls, and other conditions.
General Rules
2.3 Parking fees, tolls, entry fees, ferry charges, highway taxes, and state permits (if any) are payable by the customer.
2.4 Waiting charges may apply if the vehicle is required to wait beyond reasonable time.
2.5 Full or partial advance may be required to confirm the booking.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
3.1 Cancellations must be informed at the earliest possible time.
3.2 If cancelled less than 24 hours before pickup, cancellation charges may apply.
3.3 Rescheduling depends on availability and confirmation from our team.
4. Vehicle & Service Conditions
4.1 Clean and comfortable vehicles will be provided as per booking.
4.2 Air-conditioning usage depends on road/traffic conditions as decided by the driver for safety and performance.
4.3 The company reserves the right to change the vehicle in case of operational reasons.
5. Driver & Safety
5.1 All drivers are licensed and trained.
5.2 Passengers must wear seat belts where applicable.
5.3 The driver has full authority to decline unsafe or unlawful travel requests.
5.4 Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
6. Luggage Policy
6.1 Reasonable luggage is allowed.
6.2 Oversized or excess luggage must be declared during booking.
6.3 The company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
7. Delays & External Conditions

9.2 Travel is subject to government regulations, permits, and security checks.
10. Liability Disclaimer
10.1 Travel is undertaken at the passenger’s responsibility.

11. Conduct
